Save a document
Click on the Document setting icon
In order to save your document, you must enter a Document Name and Author name (optional).
Once you have entered the Document Name, click on Save to save to the online library.
Click on Save a copy to make a copy of your test
You will be notified if the save has been successful.
Export a document
In order to export your document, Click on the Document setting icon
Export to PDF to save and/or print an editable and uneditable version.
Export to Word to save and/or print an editable version.
Export to Drive to share with colleagues.
Choose whether to include the Question / Mark scheme / Examiner remarks / Notes / Cover page then print or save to your user area/network.
If you add a cover page you can specify Title / Subtitle / Time allowed / Total marks / Comments.
Share a document
In order to share your document, Click on the Document setting icon
The web-link is a website address (URL) that displays your document. Students and parents can then access this link to view your document without logging in ( for SoW, CPD and to share best practice, student homework, colleagues, publish to VLE, etc.)
NB: It is necessary to save the document before to create a Web-link (URL)
You can switch elements on and off as needed by clicking on the Choose what to share icon.
As a teacher you can create a homework assignment with only the questions visible, give the link to your pupils, then the mark schemes can be added at a later time for review.
To save changes click on Save changes button.
NB: The shared document will update immediately however, this URL does not change.
What's great about Save, Share and Export?
- Save to access assessments that you have created and edit them at a later date.
- Enable a whole class to access the document at the same time - homework, computer lesson.
- Export to Microsoft Word to edit the document.
